SYMA Sports- and Event Center

The SYMA Sports- and Event Center is offering a variable hall concept in the heart of Budapest with plenty of space for all sorts of events such as trade fairs, congresses, conferences, seminars, concerts and sport events.

Official Congress Language

The official languages of the Congress will be English, French, German and Spanish.
Italian and Russian translations will be provided in case of a considerable number of delegates registered until March 31, 2008. Simultaneous translation will be provided in the main lecture halls.

Visa

Most Europeans do not require an entry visa for Hungary. Please consult the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate nearest to you for specific details relating to Visas or alternatively you can visit the website of the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs: www.mfa.gov.hu
Please note that visa application takes 30-60 days, and personal procedure is necessary.

Invitation Letter

An official invitation letter will be sent to participants who may need it to obtain visa or funding, etc. on individual request, please mark on the online registration form. It does not constitute a commitment to provide any financial support for travelling and staying expenses. The invitation letter will only be sent upon receipt of the registration fee.

Programme / Abstracts

The final programme can be downloaded from this website one month before the congress. The printed programme book will be distributed at the registration desk. The abstracts of the congress will be available on CD at the registration desk.

Programme Changes

The organiser cannot assume liability for any changes in the programme due to external or unforeseen circumstances.

Commercial Exhibition

The exhibition will be open on Monday July 7 from 08.30 until Thursday, July 10, 18.30. Delegates will have the opportunity to meet representatives from a number of publishers, pharmaceutical and diagnostic equipment companies at their stands to discuss new developments and receive up-to-date product information.
