Registration

Registration is required for all congress participants. It is recommended to make the registration On-line or by using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form. In order to avoid double charges, please send the registration form only ONCE.
Early bird fees are available until March 31, 2008. Any registration and payment received after that date will be accepted as regular registration. Confirmation will be sent to all participants by the Congress Organisers upon receipt of registration and payment. If the confirmation has not been received after 4 weeks of the application, please do not hesitate to contact Blaguss Congress Bureau.

**Scholarship for young Scientists - deadline: February 15, 2008

Scholarship for young scientists (PhD students) under the age of 35 by courtesy of Prof. Henner Scholz (Chairman of the Organising Committee of the 23rd World Buiatrics Congress, Hanover, Germany) and Prof. Winfried Hofmann (German Association for Buiatrics)

The World Association for Buiatrics (WAB) is pleased to announce that 75 WAB Scholarships will be awarded to young scientists of each affiliated and developing countries. The scholarships will provide free congress registration for the awarded young scientists. By offering this scholarship WAB wishes to contribute to the development of young scientists (PhD students) from all over the world.

Selection criteria:
  • an accepted scientific abstract for oral/poster presentation where the young scientist is the first author
  • completed application form
  • institutional certificate

Confirmation will be sent to all participants in written form after receipt of payment. Registration and payments, sent after June 6, 2008 may not be confirmed in written form. In this case, please bring the proof of payment with you to the registration desk.

Cancellation Policy of Registration

All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser (Blaguss Congress Bureau) in written form.

All refunds will be processed after the WBC 2008 Congress. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.

Refund of the registration fee will be made as follows:

  • 100% refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before May 25, 2008
  • No refund – in case of cancellation received after May 25, 2008
