Methods of Hotel Reservation
Direct Hotel Weblink (PAYMENT ONLY WITH CREDIT CARD)
Hotel reservation can be made directly to the hotel by using the special link created for the congress. It is available through the ON-LINE REGISTRATION. The reservation policy can be found under this special link of the choosen hotel. Please note that any reservation payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to the Hotel. Confirmation will be sent by the Hotel.
Hotel reservation through Blaguss Congress Bureau
Reservation will be made only on receipt of 2-night hotel deposit and should be sent in written form using the Registration and Hotel Booking Form or ON-LINE REGISTRATION.
Upon receipt of the booking form and 2-night deposit, each participant will receive a confirmation in written form by the Congress Organiser (Blaguss Congress Bureau). Please note that any reservation payment or change of reservation should be sent directly to Blaguss Congress Bureau.
The difference between the 2-night deposit, the actual final cost of the stay and the extras should be paid at the hotel upon departure.
Participants are kindly asked to indicate their hotel preference in numerical order. If the preferred hotel is not available the next choosen accommodation will be reserved for the participants.

Cancellation Policy of Accommodation
Hotel Reservation through Blaguss Congress Bureau
All the cancellations and changes must be sent to the Congress Organiser in written form.
All refunds will be processed after the WBC 2008 Congress. Please send your exact bank account details in the written cancellation.
Refund of the hotel deposit sent to the Congress Organiser (Blaguss Congress Bureau) will be made as follows:
- 100 % refund (minus an administrative fee of 50 Euro) – in case of cancellation received before June 6, 2008
- No refund (2 night hotel deposit will be charged) – in case of cancellation received after June 6, 2008
